We have been tailgating with the Holdens for 8-9 years & they stay with us for most of the home games, so as a thank you they treated us to Club level SEC championship tickets! We had a blast!

As most of you know we meet at a Auburn football game in the student section randomly the first game of the '99 season. The score of that game is engraved in Lee's wedding band, so it goes without saying that

My camera completely died last week & so a Christmas camera came early. It came in yesterday afternoon and this morning before attending Miller's Thanksgiving feast I had a photography/camera learning session! I am so excited we may head out this afternoon to have a little Christmas card photo session! I am feeling too brave to try this by myself I know!
We have entered the "me first & its my turn" phase around here with everything! Everyday we "argue" over who gets in the bath tub first & then whoever gets in first then is the last to get out! It is funny to see them especially Miller trying to get their clothes off as fast as possible-which he can't do, yet! They still love "bubble baths" & beg for "five more minutes" every single bath! 
Sadie was a poodle for fall festival, ballerina for school & a princess on Halloween night!!!
This was the first year for us to go trick-or-treating and they loved it!

Who cares to watch a football game in the bright sun when you can play in a real ambulance in the cool shade! This was very fun...until they had to "transport a fan to the hospital" which meant no more "andulancees"!

Sadie finally started four year old preschool at Holy Trinity! 
When we have asked Miller, "Do you want to go to school" he replies with a big "NO-stay HOME"! I think he is trying to get back in the door.
He walked right in & went straight for the trucks & trains all good I thought, but when we left him he had major tears! Can't wait to hear how his first day went! Our house is soooo quiet without him!

I have always loved walking/running, but have never been in a organized event until today, July 1o which has been circled on the calendar for a few weeks now! I didn't officially sign up until Thursday even though I knew I was going to do it...I still had cold feet! 
I can't tell you what in the world I am laughing at, but it sums up my feelings after my first 5k! I loved it & had a blast! It feels good to get out of my comfort zone...push myself...sweat like a mad women...run with sweet friends down one of my fav streets in Auburn! We all came in with personal best times too...and 3 out of the group won door prizes! I think my 8 year old, Wal-mart running shorts brought me luck...no kidding they are my fav!

We celebrated ALL day Saturday Sadie (4) & Miller's (2) birthdays! We kicked off with our pj's in the park party...one word, HOT, but oh so fun! Thanks to all who braved the heat. We then had a family party with all 3 set of gparents in attendance at none other than Sadie's fav place, Cheeburger Cheeburger! After cupcakes at the park & milkshakes at lunch, guess what came next...cake back at our house! They opened gifts & then we headed to the pool! It was the sweetest day in lots of ways!
Wed morn Lee's bstudy meets @ 6:30am & I got up to see him off which then awarded me some time to work on my bstudy which I loved. I had lots of books out on my bed & was finishing up when Sadie got up! She immediately needs choc milk, so I hurry off to the kitchen forgetting all the many book, bibles, etc. This morn was our first official day of summer, preschool has ended which is why my bed is unmade & they are still in pj's....love it! While I am fixing choc chip muffins to celebrate our first "summer" morn I hear lots of giggles & fast page turning...run to see what in the world is going on when I then hear Sadie tell Miller, "we gonna do some Bible Studies this morning, ok let me start...once upon a time" so I had to run grab the camera & share these sweet times. We all did some Bstudy to start off our day! Which we all needed since the day was marked by a trip to ped clinic for a scratch on S's eye, a sibling war in car buggie @ Kroger which ended with a spanking in the parking lot, & I more than likely broke my baby toe lastnigt! Today is a new day & we went to the library for preschool story time & lunch out with lots of sweet friend and now both are napping! As far as my toe is just black & blue and all taped to the other one...just got to laugh! Lee says I need "house shoes" Ha :)
We have not been to the beach together without our little ones since May 06 the month before Sadie was born, so it goes without saying this was a treat! We slept till 8am, ran together (just one run for me...I couldn't keep up) & took long walks on the beach. Had Starbucks by the pool & ate seafood until I honestly had to unbutton my jeans seen above at the dinner table-no joke! Shopped till we closed the stores which we all know does not happen with kiddos. It was a wonderful get-a-way! Thanks Holdens for invite!
Sadie & Miller loved A-day...most of all watching Aubie & eating ice cream! Seeing MeMe & PB was fun, too! MeMe took Miller to get ice cream first & then of course Sadie wanted some, but she told MeMe, "oh I can't go get ice cream, I'll miss the game!" Just like her Mama she loves her some Auburn Football!
