My first ever made from scratch sour dough bread hot out of the oven with real butter spread on the top! I feel so old fashion & oh so southern.Early this morning before my little ones were up, I floured my counter top and kneaded the dough by hand. It was more work than I thought, but oh so worth it!!! One loaf for our dinner tonight & the rest to share.

The bread does look tasty! However, my first thought was -what time must you have to get up to beat the kiddos?? Mine wake up at 6 on the dot EVERY day of the week. Ughhhhhh
